Senior Accounts Executive

We are a Lean Six Sigma–focused consulting organization specializing in operational excellence, process transformation, and continuous improvement. Our clients span manufacturing, IT, services, healthcare, and other sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts/ Finance Executive to manage financial operations and support project teams in driving data-driven business decisions and supporting our clients.

Location: Entire Tamil Nadu

75% Travel includes - to client locations

Company location: Porur Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Operations
• Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in accounting systems (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books or equivalent).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare project-wise budgets, cost tracking sheets, and profitability reports.
• Support billing, invoicing, and milestone-based revenue recognition for consulting engagements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST/TDS/Income Tax filings.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis for decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors, and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field | MBA preferred
• 3-6 years of experience in business consulting, strategy development, or management.
• Experience consulting in a specific industry (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing or Textile, FMCG).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts or project-based financial tracking.
• Knowledge of project costing and revenue recognition principles.
• Willing to travel for entire Tamil Nadu
