Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all financial transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other regulatory filings on time.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits.
Bank & Cash Management
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Handle payments and receipts in coordination with banks and internal teams.
- Monitor company expenses and review for accuracy and compliance.
