Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and payroll operations. The role requires strong expertise in finance, reporting, and coordination with management and auditors.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Handle end-to-end accounting operations
• Prepare and review sales invoices, purchase bills, credit/debit notes.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage GST, TDS filings and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management.

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time and salary structures.
• Calculate and file PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other deductions.
• Generate salary slips and payroll reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 3–6 years experience in Accounts & Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / Payroll software.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance.
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Preferred Auditor Office Experience Candidate
