Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and experienced Senior Account Executive to join us. You will be primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities with the Account Executives. Besides, you should also be able to develop and implement sales quotes and targets for the sales team. Moreover, you should be able to build and maintain long-term relations with customers.
As a Senior Account Executive, you should be effectively able to handle customer accounts. Furthermore, you should be able to promote company’s products and services. Your ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in timely manner will be advantageous.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You should also be able to manage deadlines and provide enhanced customer support. You should also be highly motivated and have a detail-oriented approach.

Odoo Expert
Has deep technical and/or functional knowledge of the platform overall.
Who can:
- Customize modules (Python, XML)
- Understands Odoo System
- Troubleshoot complex issues
- Optimize performance
- Work across multiple modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
Odoo Implementation Expert
An implementation expert in deploying Odoo in a real business environment. That includes:
- Requirement gathering from stakeholders
- Mapping business processes to Odoo workflows
- Configuring modules (often with minimal coding)
- Data migration and system setup
- Training users and managing change
Who is more about end-to-end project execution than just technical depth.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities with Account Executives
- Developing and implementing sales quotes for the sales team
- Building and maintaining long-term business relations with customers
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring they remain satisfied with the company’s services
- Developing and implementing effective customer account retention plans
- Communicating with customers to identify their requirements
- Promoting company’s products and services and helping clients to make a purchase
- Contacting customers and gathering feedback
- Ensuring that the sales targets are met
- Addressing customer queries and complaints
- Explaining and negotiating contract terms to customers
- Assisting the team with promotional campaigns and marketing offers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field
- MBA Qualified / CACPA CMA
- Proven work experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Account Coordinator, Account Representative , or a similar role in the Sales industry
- Expert in finalization of book accounts, cash flow management, budgeting & forecasting
- Familiarity with CRM software and performance metrics tools
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage strict deadlines and stressful situations
- Highly motivated individual
- Having an eye for detail
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
- Excellent Communication skill (HINDI & ENGLISH)
- UAE experienced at least 5-7 years
