Position: Senior Finance & Accounts Manager

Organization: Aifer Education Pvt ltd

Location: Chevayur (On-site), Calicut

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday off)

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM

Salary Range: Competitive – based on skills & experience

Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage the entire financial operations of Aifer Education, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, efficient resource management, and strategic financial planning that supports organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, PT, etc.).
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable management.
• Support leadership in financial planning and investment decisions.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external regulatory bodies.
• Implement strong internal controls and cost optimization strategies.

✅ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting and CMA
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in finance/accounting, preferably in EDTECH education or service sector. Experience in Handling Startup Firm, Investments, etc will be added bonus.
• Strong knowledge of Auditing, financial laws, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally/other) and advanced MS Excel. We are having ERP Next (Frappe)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in company listings, investor relations, and raising investments.
