Senior Accounts Manager

DESCRIPTION-

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the

financial operations of the company. This includes preparing financial reports, conducting

audits, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting

standards, and providing strategic financial advice to support the company's business

objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements; ensure timely, accurate reporting; conduct variance analysis.

2. General Ledger

Maintain and oversee the general ledger; ensure accurate financial records; reconcile bank and other accounts.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage AP including invoices, payments, and vendors; oversee AR, invoicing, and collections.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support annual budgets and forecasts; monitor performance and report variances.

5. Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate internal/external audits; maintain internal controls.

6. Financial Analysis:

• Perform financial analysis and offer insights to improve performance.

7. Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor junior staff; promote a collaborative workplace

8. Strategic Support:

• Partner with management on financial strategies; provide insights for growth and efficiency.

5. Handled a team of 5 people or more before

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
