Job Summary:

Person will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing financial reports. This role requires high accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience;

· Qualification- Graduate/Post Graduate/ CA-Inter/ CMA-Inter

· Experience- 7-10 years in the manufacturing industry and last 3 years in the role of heading Accounts dept.

Key Responsibilities:

To look into day to day books of accounts related transactions of the companies.

Prepare bank reconciliations for all Corporates accounts

To co-ordinate with bank and financial institutes for the purpose of loan and facility availment.

To discuss, review & take decisions related to account and finance as per the companies policies and standards.

To Co-ordinate, and discuss with various departments for account and finance-related queries and collect the month-end closing data.

Assisting with other departments in developing and implementing accounting & various policies related to accounts and finance dept.

Monthly books of account closing and review of books of accounts and financial statements fortnightly.

Preparation and review of financial statements with management and stakeholders.

Ensure statutory compliance filing and reporting on time of GST, TDS, PF & ESIC, also ensure the payment has been made within due dates.

Coordinate with external auditors i.e. Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditor, Tax Auditor, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Income Tax, GST, TDS: 7 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing company: 7 years (Preferred)
• Accounts Finalization, Balancesheet: 7 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
