Senior Accounts Officer and Sales / Marketing Executive

Our Accounting and Bookkeeping firm is looking for a talented and experienced Accountant and Sales / Marketing Executive to join our team.

Accountant Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in UAE, preferably in a tax consultancy or professional services firm.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Partly Qualified CA / ACCA / CPA preferred).
• Proficiency in Accounting and Bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws(Corporate Tax and VAT) compliance requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations for our clients.
• Assist and supervise in preparation and review of tax returns for clients.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the accounting team.
• Address client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Prepare management reports and assist senior management in decision-making.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ZOHO,ODOO, SAP, or similar).

Sales & Marketing Executive Requirements:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for accounting, bookkeeping, and related financial services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, startups, and corporate clients in the UAE.
• Understand client business needs and promote relevant services such as VAT filing, audit support, and financial reporting.
• Prepare tailored proposals and service agreements based on client requirements.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing trends, and regulatory changes in the UAE.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate communication of client needs and service delivery.
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and report progress to management regularly.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
