Senior Acquisition Manager - Real Estate/Holiday Homes (High Commission Role)

Aurora is an established short-term rental operator in Dubai managing and acquiring residential units across Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JBR and villa communities.

We are actively acquiring multiple units every month under master lease and revenue share agreements and are looking for a strong Acquisition Manager to help expand our portfolio.

This role is ideal for experienced Dubai real estate brokers or property consultants who want more stable income, faster deal cycles, and strong commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Acquire residential units for Aurora’s short-term rental portfolio
• Work directly with property owners and investors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers
• Conduct property viewings and evaluate opportunities
• Negotiate and close acquisition agreements
• Manage acquisition pipeline and follow up with leads
• Upsell interior design/furnishing services for an extra commission

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years Dubai relevant experience (real estate broker or property consultant experience accepted)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident speaking with property owners and investors
• Fluent English
• Arabic is a plus
• Currently based in Dubai

Preferred:

• Existing broker network
• Experience with leasing, property acquisition, or investor clients
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
