Our brands — Lumenco and Lumenco Pro — supply LED lighting, electrical fixtures, and control systems to residential and commercial clients, electrical contractors, architects, and building managers.
We are expanding our Pakistan-based team and are looking for a seasoned Paid Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Meta Ads on behalf of a high-growth North American e-commerce brand.
Job Overview:
As Senior Paid Ads Specialist, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across all three major paid advertising platforms. You will manage real advertising budgets, drive measurable ROAS improvements, and collaborate with our Canadian marketing and creative teams to align paid media with broader business objectives.
This is a senior individual contributor role — you must be able to operate autonomously, think strategically, and execute tactically without heavy supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads
- Plan, build, and optimize Search, Shopping (Standard & Performance Max), Display.
- Conduct deep keyword research, negative keyword management, and search term analysis
- Manage Smart Bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Maximize Conversions) and bid adjustments
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Perform feed optimization in Google Merchant Center for Shopping campaigns
Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Mirror and adapt Google Ads campaigns to Microsoft Advertising with platform-specific tuning
- Manage UET (Universal Event Tracking) tag setup and purchase event configuration via GTM
- Optimize for Microsoft-specific audience segments and LinkedIn Profile Targeting
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build and manage full-funnel campaigns (Awareness, Traffic, Conversions, Retargeting)
- Configure Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and custom/lookalike audiences
- Brief creative teams on winning ad formats based on performance data and A/B test results
- Manage product catalog campaigns (DPA/Advantage+) for e-commerce retargeting
Cross-Platform & Reporting
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and ROAS analysis
- Monitor budgets and pacing across all platforms daily
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Stay current on platform updates, beta features, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the Canadian team on campaign strategy, seasonal promotions, and vendor co-op budgets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on, full-time paid advertising experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
- Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad spend of at least USD $10,000+ across platforms
- Proven e-commerce or retail campaign experience (shopping feeds, ROAS optimization, retargeting)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads Manager
- Solid understanding of attribution modelling, pixel/CAPI setup, and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed management
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Shopping, Display, or Video — at least two active)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional)
- Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional.
- Ability to use AI platform (advanced)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable drawing conclusions from data and communicating them clearly
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under deadlines
- Excellent written English communication for reporting and cross-team collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
