Min 3 years of hands-on paid media management, primarily Facebook/Meta Ads, with exposure to Google/TikTok/LinkedIn/programmatic.
High-budget execution: Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts.
Platform depth: Strong technical proficiency in creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and full-funnel optimization.
Tracking & measurement: Working knowledge of GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API; able to implement and troubleshoot tracking across platforms.
Data & automation: Data-fluent with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and apply AI/automation (and light scripting/coding) to drive efficiency.
Client partnership & communication: Can translate strategic goals from consultants into executable plans and clearly explain technical performance to non-technical stakeholders.
Ownership at scale: Comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be available flexibily even on the weekends whenever required
