Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Administration & Finance Manager with a strong managerial accounting background and deep expertise in cost control and budget management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with international companies, particularly in the context of governmental or institutional support projects. This role requires leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and administrative management for long-term industrial and manufacturing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring all budgets align with organizational goals and project requirements.
Manage and control budgets for large-scale projects, providing oversight of costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, tracking project expenditures, cost allocations, and financial performance.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports related to budget control and cost analysis.
Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations on governmental and institutional support projects.
Conduct variance analysis, identifying areas of financial risk and implementing cost saving strategies where needed.
Manage administrative functions related to financial operations, including compliance with local and international regulations.
Work closely with international partners to ensure that all financial processes meet global standards while maintaining local regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
Experience: 15+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, and administrative functions, particularly within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Technical SkillsProficiency in budget preparation, cost accounting, and budget control.
Strong command of financial reporting and analysis tools.
Experience working on institutional support projects with international companies.
Language skillsProficiency in English (Arabic language is a plus).
Preferred QualificationsCertification in managerial accounting (e.g., CMA) or project management.
Experience working with governmental organizations or large-scale industrial projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams.
