We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who will take ownership of high-level administrative functions and support senior management. This is not a basic support role—you will manage critical workflows, coordinate across departments, and ensure daily operations run smoothly at a professional standard.
You will act as a central point of coordination within the office, handling sensitive information, managing priorities, and improving administrative systems that support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Provide direct administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
Office Coordination:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative functions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Document Management:
Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and internal documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Communication Handling:
Manage email correspondence, internal communication, and coordination between departments.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and implement improved systems and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in administrative or office support roles, with experience supporting senior staff or management.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Technical Ability:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems. Experience with administrative tracking tools is an advantage.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Mindset:
You are reliable, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities with minimal supervision. You maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
