Join Community

Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, "community" remains at the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with outstanding care supported by advanced technology. It means being actively involved in the communities we serve and ensuring our caregivers have opportunities to grow and succeed. Above all, it means delivering exceptional care, simply delivered — and we could not do it without you.

The individual anticipates executive needs, supports special projects, coordinates communication across stakeholders, and serves as a key liaison with physicians, staff, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization, including executives, physicians, board members, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills; able to work effectively under pressure and manage frequent interruptions.
