Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Admin Officer with exceptional communication skills to support daily operations, property listings, and marketing coordination.

This role goes beyond basic administration. You will be the point of coordination between internal teams, partners, suppliers, photographers, platforms, and occasionally clients. Strong written and verbal English is absolutely essential, as a large part of the role involves drafting messages, coordinating instructions, confirming details, and ensuring nothing is misunderstood.

If you are not confident communicating clearly, professionally, and accurately in English, this role will not be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Communication Coordination

  • Handle day to day administrative tasks and internal coordination
  • Draft, review, and manage professional written communication including emails, messages, briefs, and follow ups
  • Coordinate clearly with partners, suppliers, property contacts, and service providers
  • Track conversations, confirmations, and approvals to avoid miscommunication or errors
  • Manage documents, contracts, booking records, and internal trackers
  • Maintain structured and well documented digital filing systems
  • Support business setup related tasks and coordinate with PRO service providers when required

Listings & Marketing Coordination

  • Create, upload, and update property and experience listings across platforms
  • Ensure listing details, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate, consistent, and clearly written
  • Coordinate listing requirements with photographers, designers, and platforms
  • Communicate briefs and feedback accurately to creative partners
  • Support basic marketing execution such as social media posting and content scheduling
  • Assist with captions, promotional text, and listing visibility, with attention to tone and clarity

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or luxury services is required
  • Experience in business setup processes or working with PRO services is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory and will be assessed during the hiring process
  • Ability to write clear, professional emails and instructions without supervision
  • Arabic speaker is preferred but not a requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Confident using digital tools, social platforms, and online systems
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment

We are a growing luxury holiday company and not yet fully established. This role requires flexibility, accountability, and clear communication across multiple functions. The ability to communicate accurately and consistently is critical to success in this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Admin or Office Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Marketing Coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Business Setup or PRO: 1 year (Required)
