Senior Administrative Services Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Administrative Services Manager who can oversee and optimize our day-to-day business operations while creating systems that support growth, collaboration, and service excellence across departments.

This is more than a traditional administration role. You will drive operational structure, improve internal workflows, manage facilities and vendor relationships, and support executive leadership with strategic coordination. You will lead a capable administrative team and ensure that the business operates with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency at every level.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight:

Lead and manage daily administrative operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality throughout the organization.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor administrative coordinators, office support staff, and operational assistants while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

Evaluate existing workflows and implement process enhancements that improve productivity, communication, and organizational effectiveness.

Vendor and Facility Management:

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and facility service providers to ensure smooth office operations and cost-effective service delivery.

Executive Support:

Work closely with senior leadership on scheduling, reporting, operational planning, internal communications, and strategic administrative initiatives.

Budget and Resource Coordination:

Monitor administrative budgets, procurement activities, office resources, and operational expenditures to ensure proper allocation and cost control.

What We Are Looking For:Experience:

6+ years of experience in administrative operations, office management, or business support functions, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Leadership Skills:

Strong experience managing teams, coordinating multiple departments, and handling high-level administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Organizational Ability:

Exceptional planning, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to operational detail.

Technology:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, business reporting systems, cloud collaboration platforms, and administrative management tools.

Communication:

Excellent English communication skills are required. Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage for regional coordination and vendor management.

Mindset:

You are proactive, highly organized, and solutions-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency with employee support and business priorities.

Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
