Senior Administrator – Student Happiness and Wellbeing

Job Purpose

Provide administrative support to the following:

1. Associate Dean – Student Happiness and Wellbeing

2. Chair of the International Accreditation & Student Development Committee

Core Responsibilities

Assistant Dean – Student Happiness and Wellbeing

1. Provide administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Happiness acts as a point of contact for all events and initiatives organized by these Committees regarding Student Admissions, Academic

Support and Student Life.

International Accreditation and Student Development Committee

1. MBRU - Summer Scholars Programs (MBRU-SSP)
2. Communicate MBRU-SSP to potential and existing placement centers to elicit interest in the program
3. Schedule meeting with the interested collaborators to ensure there is clarity on objectives, terms, and conditions of the MBRU-SSP and assess the requirements of the collaborators to ensure the relevance of the program to the students
4. Prepare a summary report of opportunities available for the review and approval of the Dean
5. Schedule meetings for the Chair to present MBRU-SSP to the students and provide the summary information related to the locations, nature of the placement and the costs
6. Review, finalize and notify the students to the MBRU-SSP after discussions with the committee
7. Plan and execute the Award Day event as a “Core team” member by scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders, following up on action points, coordinating printing of student posters and certificates with external vendors and act as a point of contact on the award day
