Senior Admission and Outreach Manager

Job Locations - Jodhpur Park & Chandannagar [Note - Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory]

Desired Skills:-

• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education and edtech industry will be preferred).
• Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre .
• Candidates must have strong communication skills and should be willing to work with admission targets .

Minimum Educational Qualification - Graduation.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Manage and mentor the telecalling and marketing team .
• Drive student admissions through strong follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.
• Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
