Senior Advisor (5684)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Advisor to support program planning, analysis, and execution across a portfolio of initiatives in Orlando, Florida

• Support program planning and execution with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance
• Attend meetings and reviews to track progress and identify potential risks or issues
• Collect, analyze, and report on program data, including budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Coordinate information flow between stakeholders and ensure timely communication of updates and requirements
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, or inconsistencies to leadership
• Provide input on resource needs and level of effort required to support program activities
• Support coordination and participation in meetings, conferences, and working groups
• Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation, reports, and briefings for leadership
• Assist in responding to inquiries by gathering and organizing accurate and relevant information
• Track program activities and consolidate data into reports and information packages
• Support budget planning activities, including preparation of funding requirements and analysis of estimates
• Assist in monitoring program performance to ensure alignment with plans and objectives
• Analyze trends, policies, and external factors that may impact programs and provide recommendations
• Support strategic planning efforts, including development of goals, objectives, and long-term plans
• Assist in coordination with internal teams and external partners to support program objectives
• Provide recommendations to improve program execution, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Support development and delivery of presentations, briefings, and communication materials
• Assist in planning and execution of program reviews and milestone activities
• Track action items and support follow-up to ensure timely resolution
• Conduct research, analysis, and special studies to support leadership decision-making
• Support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and performance tracking efforts
• Assist with preparation of reports, summaries, and communications for internal and external audiences
• Provide general program and strategic support as needed

Position Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required

• Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above

• Must be able to pass Agency background check

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  10 years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
