JOB DESCRIPTION_SENIOR ADVOCATE_LEGAL

To manages complex property transactions, providing expert legal advice on acquisitions, developments, leases, and regulatory compliance (like RERA, zoning). Key duties involve leading contract negotiations, conducting due diligence, resolving disputes, mentoring junior lawyers, and ensuring all documentation aligns with property laws, protecting client interests in sales, financing, and litigation

Key Responsibilities: Senior Advocate

• Strategic Advisory: Offer expert legal counsel on investment, land use, zoning, taxation (GST, capital gains), and compliance for complex projects.
• Transaction Management: Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of major agreements (sale, lease, development), ensuring clear title and smooth transfer.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and advise on evolving real estate laws, FEMA/RBI norms for NRIs, RERA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court, oversee litigation strategy, and resolve property disputes (title defects, delivery delays).
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough property title checks, identify legal risks, and ensure ownership clarity.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and train junior associates, foster strong client relationships, and maintain high ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
