Hiring: Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer (8+ Years)
Location: Mumbai (Onsite)
Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM (9 hours)
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Budget: ₹2,20,000 per month (~₹26.4 LPA annually)
Experience: 8+ Years in GenAI/Agentic AI Delivery

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands‑on GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer with proven experience in shipping production‑grade solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI. The ideal candidate will design and deliver multi‑agent architectures with enterprise‑grade deployments, integrating AI into real business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

GenAI/Agentic AI Delivery

• Ship production‑grade solutions using LLMs + agentic frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Go beyond POCs—deliver scalable, enterprise‑ready systems.

Python + Orchestration Stack

• Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns.
• Work with vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, HITL workflows.
• Exposure to workflow tools (n8n or similar) is a plus.

Cloud + Enterprise Deployment

• Hands‑on with Azure (Container Apps, Blob, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI) or AWS/GCP equivalents.
• Implement secure credential management, managed identity, and enterprise integrations (Graph API, Power Automate, Salesforce).

Agentic Architecture Depth

• Design multi‑agent systems with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates.
• Balance deterministic logic vs. LLM‑based judgment in workflow design.
