Senior Agricultural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Agricultural Engineer with extensive experience and a strong track record in the UAE’s agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in seed technologies, advanced fertilizers, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage agricultural projects focused on crop production, soil management, and sustainable practices.
• Develop and implement advanced solutions in seed selection, fertilizer optimization, and IPM programs.
• Collaborate with research, agronomy, and sales teams to ensure product effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical support, training, and field demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the UAE agriculture sector.
• Proven expertise in seed technology, fertilizers, and IPM solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
