Fleet Waters Farms is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Agricultural Operations Manager to lead large-scale agricultural operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee daily agricultural and farm operations
• Manage operational planning, production schedules, and resource allocation
• Supervise field teams, operational staff, and site activities
• Improve crop production efficiency and operational workflows
• Monitor agricultural performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics teams
• Support budgeting, reporting, and operational cost management
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and agricultural regulations
• Implement health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth
• Assist with strategic planning and long-term agricultural initiatives
• Maintain strong communication across departments and leadership teams

Requirements:

• Experience in agricultural operations, farm management, agribusiness, or related operational leadership roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of agricultural production processes and operational coordination
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Experience working with operational planning, productivity tracking, or supply coordination is an asset
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and growth-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred but not mandatory
• Open to candidates from farming, agribusiness, food production, operations management, or related industries

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼34,000.00 per month
