Senior AI Developer - Advanced ML/NLP Engineer

We are a next-generation technology company specializing in AI-driven enterprise and HR automation platforms. We build custom AI applications that combine machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics with robust multi-technology environments like MERN, PERN, PHP Laravel, and .NET frameworks.

We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled and confident AI Developer capable of handling end-to-end AI projects — from architecture and model development to integration and deployment — and delivering solutions ahead of deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI, ML, and NLP models tailored to specific business problems and data requirements.
• Lead custom AI solution architecture for diverse platforms (MERN, PERN, Laravel, .NET) and ensure seamless cross-platform integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend/frontend developers, and data engineers to design scalable AI modules and APIs.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions for recruitment, onboarding, analytics, and communication workflows.
• Build, train, and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and spaCy.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and real-time scalability across web and cloud environments.
• Work on NLP applications such as text classification, entity recognition, document parsing, and conversational assistants.
• Create and manage MLOps pipelines for continuous model improvement, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, microservices, and front-end interfaces for complete production-ready solutions.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature extraction, and analysis to ensure clean, high-quality datasets for training and inference.
• Ensure fast, reliable delivery of projects, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Mentor junior developers and guide teams on best practices for AI implementation and software design.

Technical Skills Required

AI / ML / NLP Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models (BERT, GPT, T5, Llama, etc.)
• Experience with Neural Networks, embeddings, transformers, sentiment analysis, recommendation systems
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm optimization

Programming & Stack Knowledge:

• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• PERN Stack: PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• PHP Laravel and .NET Core / ASP.NET / C#
• Proficiency in Python, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices

Frameworks & Tools:

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, spaCy, Hugging Face
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure for model deployment
• Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, custom dashboards)
