Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI system design. In this role, you will lead the development of AI models, optimize algorithms for performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from research to production.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to solve real-world problems.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and researchers.

Requirements

• Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Publications or contributions to AI/ML research.
• Knowledge of data engineering and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
