Job Description:

Zonopact Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for real-world business applications. This role requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data engineering, along with the ability to work on end-to-end AI solutions for international clients in the UK and US markets.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems, deliver scalable solutions, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, automation, and decision-making.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to preprocess, clean, and prepare data.
• Apply advanced techniques in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP to solve real-world problems.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers and backend developers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in computer vision, NLP, and generative AI.
• Monitor, evaluate, and retrain deployed models for continuous improvement.
• Document processes, prepare technical reports, and share knowledge with the team.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–6 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers).
• Experience with NLP libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in REST API development for model deployment.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.
• Strong problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model training and deployment.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for containerized AI solutions.
• Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
• Exposure to computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron).
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.
