Senior AI Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize scalable AI systems across text, image, and video domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both open-source and custom-trained models, manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, and mentor junior engineers to build next-generation AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models for diverse applications.
• Optimize model performance and scalability across GPU and serverless environments.
• Manage infrastructure for AI workloads, both locally and on the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CUDA, Docker, and GPU-based deployments.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and generative AI workflows.
• Experience working with scalable or serverless architectures.
• Basic understanding of Django or similar web frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor technical teams.
