Job Title: Senior AI Engineer (AI Agents Specialist)

Working Hours: US Timezone — 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
Botmer International is hiring a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI Agents for production environments. This is a senior-level role requiring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, LLMs, and automation systems.

You will work closely with our global clients (US, EU, Middle East) to build advanced autonomous agents, workflow systems, custom LLM solutions, and integrations that power real business operations. This role demands strong ownership, problem-solving, and R&D capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI Agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom pipelines.
• Develop advanced LLM-based applications, chatbots, role-play agents, calling agents, and process automation systems.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI systems using Python, Node.js, or any modern tech stack.
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, vector databases, CRMs, and third-party tools.
• Conduct prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG pipeline optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Lead junior engineers and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Work independently during US business hours and deliver timely outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years professional experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or related fields.
• Strong experience building AI Agents (voice agents, chat agents, workflow agents, decision-making agents, etc).
• Strong command of Python and/or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Supabase vectors).
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
• Clear understanding of RAG, context handling, memory, and model orchestration.
• Experience developing real production-level AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving, architecture design, and debugging skills.
• Ability to handle client discussions and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with calling agents, Twilio, or real-time voice systems.
• Experience with model fine-tuning (Llama, GPT, Qwen, Mistral).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.
