Senior AI Solutions Architect (m/f)

• You are responsible for the selection, integration, and continuous optimization of AI applications and AI models across the organization.
• You take ownership of designing, implementing, and continuously improving evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks for AI solutions.
• The seamless integration of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems into existing product and system environments, while closely collaborating with internal IT and external partners, is part of your daily scope of work.
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, reliability, and scalability of AI applications forms a core element of your role.

• Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and RAG systems
• Experience in integrating AI solutions into existing IT landscapes
• Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Very good command of English (Arabic an advantage)
• Knowledge and experience with the UAE market
• Efficient, structured approach to work; able to work well in a team and take initiative
