Senior AI Solutions Manager

Job Summary:
NGXP Technologies Qatar W.L.L. is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions across enterprise and client-facing platforms. This role is responsible for driving AI strategy, overseeing model development, managing AI product delivery, and ensuring scalable, ethical, and production-ready AI systems. What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end AI solution development from concept to production deployment
• Design and implement machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics models
• Oversee AI product lifecycle including data collection, training, evaluation, and optimization
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams
• Define AI architecture, frameworks, and deployment strategies
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-driven systems
• Manage AI project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms, APIs, and cloud systems
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovation strategies
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Experience in AI, machine learning, or data science leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments
• Strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, and APIs
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex AI projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR40,000.00 per month
