Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI–ML Developer (5–8 years) to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems. The role includes architecting solutions, mentoring junior team members, and driving strategic AI initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI/ML projects from concept to deployment

- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and solutions

- Evaluate, select, and optimize ML algorithms and frameworks

- Deploy AI/ML models to production with monitoring and maintenance

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level AI developers

- Collaborate with business and product teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements

- Research and integrate new AI/ML technologies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of AI/ML development experience

- Expert in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras)

- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision

- Strong experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization

- Experience in cloud deployment and containerization (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in AI architecture design and end-to-end ML pipelines

- Familiarity with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop)

- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and explainability
