Senior AI/ML Engineer (Full-Stack)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years professional experience in Machine Learning / Data Science / ML Engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

• Solid SQL skills and comfort working with large, messy enterprise datasets.

• Proven track record of taking AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.

• Experience deploying models as APIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar) and packaging with Docker.

• Practical knowledge of time-series forecasting and predictive modeling.

• Experience with mathematical optimization (linear programming, OR-Tools, Pyomo, or equivalent).

• Strong data engineering capability: building ETL pipelines and feature engineering.

• Ability to work end-to-end across the ML lifecycle (data → model → deployment → monitoring).

• Comfortable working as a solo contributor in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong communication skills: able to explain technical work in terms of business outcomes.
