Design and develop elegant AI-driven UX solutions to specific interaction/interface opportunities and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices.
Apply advanced knowledge to solve technical requirements and challenges. Create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction.
Ideate and prototype to explore different options, including unexpected but workable solutions. Collaborate with the engineering team to diagram the product ecosystem, omni-channel service layers, and the customer experience.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product vision, align roadmaps, and drive execution of cohesive, multi-product user experiences.
Conduct persona research and apply insights to guide design and iteration of mature workflows.
Journey map the existing experience, understand the needs of the end user and create ideal experiences
Share tools, frameworks, and patterns to improve team efficiency and scale high-quality work.
Continuously evolve design practice by exploring new tools, prototyping methods, and AI-driven acceleration techniques.
Advocate for users, build alignment, and articulate design vision through compelling storytelling.
Lead design optimization through usability testing, user research, and data-driven decision making.
Leverage scalable design techniques by contributing to our design system
Evangelize best practices to drive adoption of the design system and UX processes across the firm
The ideal candidate will have an advanced background in product/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction and AI, with experience crafting complex, web-based products in multi-stakeholder environments. Ideally, you’ll have a portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates your skill and experience crafting usable digital interfaces, including quantitative, qualitative, and usability testing methods.
Salary Range: $95,000-120,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work Environments : This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates for this role at this time.
