Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior/Junior level Analog Design Engineer to lead/assist the design, verification, and tapeout execution of analog and mixed-signal circuits used in advanced memory products. This role focuses on robust read/write front-end circuitry, reference generation, biasing/clamp networks, and high-reliability operation across PVT and environmental extremes. The engineer will work closely with architecture, layout, device, and validation teams to deliver silicon-proven blocks with clear signoff closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own analog/mixed-signal block development from specification through signoff and tapeout.
  • Charge pump design and regulation
  • LDO and Bandgap Reference Design
  • Design multi-domain interface circuits (level shifting, protection, biasing, clamps).
  • Design and validate reference generation/tracking circuits that maintain margin across PVT and drift.
  • Create verification collateral (SPICE testbenches, corner sweeps, Monte Carlo, convergence stabilization).
  • Partner with layout to define constraints, review parasitics, and close EM/IR, reliability, and ESD concerns.
  • Support silicon bring-up plans with observability hooks and characterization methodology.

Required Qualifications

  • BSEE/MSEE/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience; prior memory or high-density array experience is a plus.
  • Strong fundamentals in device physics, analog circuit design, stability, noise, mismatch, and robustness.
  • Must have some design tool experiences
