We are seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst to join our client, playing a pivotal role in shaping their financial landscape.

This role plays a critical part in the organization’s strategic and operational financial management, encompassing thorough planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities company-wide.

A successful candidate will be instrumental in driving financial strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies, goals, and procedures, particularly focusing on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of m ulitple budgets, forecasts, and special projects.
  • Maintain and enhance budget templates and the budget consolidation model.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, providing insights to the management team.
  • Lead the coordination of monthly and ad hoc GAAP financial reporting, along with necessary lender reporting.
  • Support the Mergers & Acquisitions team with consistent consolidated reporting for budgets and actual results.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that financial plans align with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • 5 + years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven accounting skills and FP&A experience in medium to large companies.
  • Familiarity with standard costing processes
  • Familiarity with POC revenue recognition.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft D365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight trips if necessary.


Location:

This is a hybrid role located in Jacksonville, FL. Local applicants will be considered as a priority.
