Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills to join our team as a Power BI & SQL Analyst. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a client-facing environment.

As part of this role, you will work as an individual contributor and also collaborate within teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality data-driven insights. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on expertise in Power BI and SQL, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Knowledge in Data Engineering (DE), Data Science (DS), or Generative AI (GenAI) will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources.Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting outputs.

Analyze complex business problems and translate them into structured analytical solutions.Act as a client-facing analyst, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.Contribute to team discussions, knowledge-sharing, and process improvements.
