About The Role
We are looking for a client-facing Research Lead to drive solutioning and delivery for our Market and Competitive Intelligence platform. This role will work closely with client stakeholders across Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to understand their intelligence needs and design tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with consultative skills and can translate business objectives into structured intelligence frameworks and platform configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with client stakeholders across Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing to understand business objectives and intelligence requirements

Conduct market and competitive research across industries, including market trends, competitor activities, regulatory updates, and ESG developments

Develop and maintain structured intelligence frameworks, trackers, dashboards, and taxonomies to deliver actionable insights

Support client discussions, platform demos, and solution walkthroughs aligned to specific business use cases

Ensure high quality, relevance, and timeliness of research outputs, continuously refining deliverables based on client feedback

Collaborate with internal Sales and Product teams to support pre-sales activities, solution enhancement, and account expansion
Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate in any relevant discipline

Strong written and verbal communication skills
