Senior Analyst

Libertas Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in assessing the capabilities of the Missile Defense System (MDS). This full-time System Analyst role is based on-site in Huntsville, AL. The System Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed systems analysis, collaborating with business units to gather and document requirements, and optimizing technology solutions. Additional responsibilities include communicating status with key stakeholders, updating documentation as needed, and evaluating system performance to recommend improvements, ensuring seamless operations and project success.

Qualifications

• Program Support: Assist with the development and review of DoD acquisition documentation, briefings, and technical reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between prime contractors, subcontractors, and government clients.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on project milestones, budget execution, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in defense-related projects is advantageous.
• Secret Clearance Required

Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
