Implementation, support and enhancement of business applications aligning to business growth, bank’s technology standards and security policies.

Main Accountabilities (Maximum of 10)

  • To ensure optimum availability of auxiliary service assigned as per service catalogue.
  • Monitor service outage / deterioration related alerts and take necessary action for permanent resolution.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and timely resolution of problems reported. Technical glitches should be immediately escalated to vendors for permanent resolution.
  • To ensure timely update of bug fixes and patches following approved change and release management policies.
  • Ensure support and maintenance contracts are renewed.
  • Actively participate in bank-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and ensure Production and DR sites are in sync and the same has been tested as per published schedule.
  • Ensure availability for monthly and quarterly patching, maintenance, and compliance activities
  • Ensure satisfactory audit ratings through strict adherence of policies, processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all new business initiatives are supported based on the measurable set in KPI.
  • Ensure measurable KPI are set and monitored.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications including Corona, RAROC, CreditLens, and App4Legal will be considered a plus.
  • AMC Terms & SLAs to define, implement and enhance Application and Webserver baseline standards in line with business goals
  • In-depth knowledge of Newgen BPM platforms including CLOS, RLOS, Trade Finance, IBPS, and OmniDocs for end-to-end process automation and digital transformation in banking operations

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent in IT Related subjects
  • ITIL & Six Sigma certification
  • Knowledge in automation, Newgen - BPM, loan origination systems
  • Basic knowledge of core banking functionalities.
  • 7+ years supporting auxiliary Systems in banking environment

  • Good leadership and team building skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Project Management
