Role Description

VIDA Vision Fund is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst / Associate to support our investment activities across deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, demonstrates strong analytical rigor, and is passionate about technology and growth-stage companies.

The Senior Analyst / Associate will play an integral role in evaluating investment opportunities, supporting due diligence, preparing internal materials, and helping monitor performance across the portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain meaningful exposure to all stages of the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, including scenario analysis and valuation work.
• Due Diligence: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer and industry diligence, and financial statement reviews.
• Deal Sourcing: Support the investment team in identifying, assessing, and tracking new deal opportunities.
• Investment Materials: Prepare memos, presentations, and internal documents used for investment committee discussions.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze quarterly results, and prepare updates and insights for senior leadership.
• Research & Insights: Stay current on industry trends in AI, robotics, and emerging technologies to help inform investment theses.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or a comparable analytical field
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
