Role: Senior Analyst - Data Science

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a strong focus on modeling and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with Propensity, Statistical and other predictive models to support strategic business objectives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is excited about leveraging data science to drive actionable insights and business growth.

Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models, with a particular focus on propensity and investible models, that supports data-driven decision-making.

Lead the end-to-end development of models, to predict customer behaviors, identify high-value opportunities, and maximize ROI on data-driven investments.

Partner with stakeholders across different teams to translate complex business objectives into modelling strategies.

Focus on continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of models, ensuring their scalability and reliability. Develop processes for Model Validation and performance tracking for maintaining optimal accuracy and business impact.

Serve as a thought leader within the data science team, advocating for best practices in model design.

Maintain a strong collaboration within Offshore and Onsite teams.
