Senior Analyst (English)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst (English) to deliver in-depth, authoritative esports analysis across live shows and studio formats. This role requires deep game knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to a wide audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide live and pre-recorded esports analysis in English

• Break down gameplay, strategies, team dynamics, and meta trends

• Prepare analysis notes, stats, and narratives before broadcasts

• Support anchors during live discussions and debates

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to editorial planning

• Stay updated on competitive scenes, patches, and esports trends

Required Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience as an esports analyst, caster, or expert

• Strong understanding of competitive esports ecosystems

• Fluent English communication skills

• Ability to simplify complex gameplay insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Former pro/semi-pro player, coach, or analyst

• Prior broadcast or studio analysis experience
