Role Purpose

Own critical parts of the record to report (R2R) and banking cycles to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information. This role maintains the general ledger (GL), leads period close activities, reconciles payroll, supports management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and executes banking/LC processes-driving control, efficiency, and insight in support of business performance.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Budget & Forecast: Annual budget delivered on calendar; rolling forecast refreshed monthly/quarterly with variance analysis and drivers.
• Close Timeliness: Month end close completed with zero critical audit points.
• Take lead in the costing process of the products to assess profitability.
• Prepare monthly closing reports and presentations.
• Assist in closing the internal audit findings.
• Lead the treasury activities including but not limited to cash flow forecasts, coordinating with the banks and group treasury for facilities, payments, issuance of guarantees, LCs, reconciling the banks and off balance sheet contingencies and commitments, etc.
• Preparing the data and assisting in audit.
• Controls & Compliance: No repeat audit findings; all journals properly authorized and supported.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/commerce; SOCPA/CPA/ACCA preferred (or in progress).

Required Years of Experience

4 to 5 years total finance experience (incl. at least 2 to 3 years in similar GL/R2R environment).
