Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst III who plays a key role in driving data-driven, decision-making across the organization. This individual supports strategic initiatives, product development, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within a fastpaced fintech environment. The Senior Analyst III is responsible for advanced analytics, financial modeling, insights reporting, and cross-functional project leadership.
This role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of financial technologies and digital financial products, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Role Responsibilities
· Analyze complex datasets to investigate trends and anomalies and identify threats and
· growth opportunities
· Connect with team members and third-party agents to ensure the availability,
· accessibility and accuracy of data points for analysis and reporting
· Identify and propose solutions for bottlenecks throughout the entirety of the customers’
· life cycle
· Assist in strategy planning and execution for acquisition processes and asset quality
· management
· Prepare and manage dashboards, reports and other articles to guide business activity
· and facilitate real time decision making
Required Skills & Education
· 5+ years of experience in an analyst position in financial services, risk management, or
· marketing analysis (Required)
· Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Applied
· Mathematics, or Statistics (Preferred)
· Advanced Microsoft SQL (Required)
· Advanced Data Visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) (Required)
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) (Required)
· Python (Preferred)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential
