Northview Energy is a privately held renewable energy company that will acquire, own, and operate a diversified portfolio of contracted, utility‑scale renewable assets across the United States and Canada. The company’s 2.3‑gigawatt seed portfolio comprises 22 high‑quality solar and onshore wind assets located in six high-growth power markets. About the Role

The Senior Analyst or Manager, FP&A will deliver financial planning and forecasting, analyze portfolio performance, support asset integrations, and collaborate with department leaders to provide insights for management reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the operating platform, including consolidating and analyzing results and preparing reports for senior management
  • Analyze results, perform comprehensive budget vs. actual variance analyses, and identify business drivers to support ongoing growth and performance benchmarking
  • Work on monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation reports for different reporting packages to Management team with in-depth analysis.
  • Support quarterly investment valuations, review/build DCF models, challenge assumptions, and prepare valuation insights and scenario analysis for senior management
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Operations, Accounting, Treasury) and portfolio companies to monitor KPI and identify risks and opportunities to financial targets
  • Manage and automate systems / tools in FP&A consolidation.
  • Manage and conduct ad hoc projects, data-driven analyses, and reporting as required by senior management.


Knowledge and Experience Required

  • University degree in Business or Finance or related field
  • Professional designation (CPA, CFA)
  • 3+ years of financial planning and analysis or relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication across peers and leadership
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, organized, and precise
  • Previous experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, or construction industry
  • Self-motivated and proactive nature with problem solving mindset
  • Experience with FP&A and Accounting systems a plus: OneStream, IFS

Note: Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Brookfield’s identity. This position requires the employee to be on-site to perform most effectively.


Salary: $110,000 - $170,000, bonus eligible.
