  • Implement automated catalog updates and AI-driven classification to improve searchability and user experience.
• Purchasing Info Records (PIR) Management
• • Create and manage PIRs to ensure accurate material-vendor linkage.
  • Use predictive analytics to identify anomalies and optimize pricing strategies.
• ECC Contract Data Governance
• • Set up and maintain contract master data in SAP ECC to ensure compliant and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Integrate AI tools to monitor contract utilization and flag inconsistencies.
• Data Quality & Governance
• • Drive data consistency across procurement platforms (SAP ECC, Ariba, etc.).
  • Establish automated data validation rules and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• • Identify and implement process improvements using lean principles and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to deploy RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for repetitive data tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• • Partner with sourcing, finance, and IT teams to resolve data issues and enhance workflows.
  • Lead data-centric projects that support procurement transformation initiatives.

• Reduce manual effort and turnaround time for master data activities.

We believe you have

• Full Time Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement master data management, preferably in SAP ECC.
• Strong expertise in catalog management, PIRs, and contract data.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC, Excel, and procurement tools; Ariba and SAP HANA are a plus.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA), data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and AI-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digital transformation.
