The Senior Analyst position at TGaS will be able to effectively plan, execute, and independently identify various data sources, including surveys, market research, operational datasets, and in-house benchmark datasets, to independently identify business-critical insights for the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will apply your expertise with the ins and outs of the pharmaceutical industry, bringing curiosity, enthusiasm, business acumen, and an analytical mindset to the role. You will have the opportunity to work with small and large pharmaceutical companies covering many therapeutic areas, what drives pharmaceutical companies in their day-to-day operations, and how to strategically advise and provide insights to help our clients become best-in-class industry leaders. This role involves conducting comprehensive analyses, synthesizing research, and translating findings into high-impact visualizations and deliverables that inform actionable solutions for clients. Contribute to advisory briefs, landscape analyses, and benchmarking projects, ensuring that recommendations are both evidence-based and visually compelling for our clients in Patient Support Services.
Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis on a variety of data sources, including survey results, operational/financial metrics, internal/external datasets, and primary and secondary research
Develop meaningful trends, insights, and recommendations for business problems and solutions for clients through the creation of advisory briefs and landscape analyses
Identify and connect patterns and relationships across diverse data sources that may not be immediately apparent.
Translate analytical findings into clear, meaningful implications (“so what”) that inform decision-making and support actionable recommendations. Translate insights into impactful visuals that further underscore the message of the data
Convey analytical results into clear implications supporting executive decision-making through impactful storytelling and visuals
Apply market research best practices in survey design, coding, fielding, and analyzing using platforms such as Qualtrics, and the inclusion of primary and secondary research
Analyze the survey information and draw out meaningful trends and insights using analytical tools (typically Excel).
Generate visually appealing and digestible client deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, custom automation tools, and other content publishing tools
Develop a comprehensive understanding of available data and demonstrate research skills while applying findings to client requests+
Employ advanced analytical techniques, including statistical testing (confidence intervals, regression analysis, etc.), data modeling, and pattern recognition across complex datasets
Create and update dashboards on visualization tools like Power BI to reflect real-time data associated with the Patient Support Services solution
Author and maintain internal documentation to support cross-training and delivery quality. Drive process improvements in data collection, standard analysis, and reporting workflows
Apply TGaS Operations & Analytics team processes to new and existing projects, ensuring consistent methodology and quality standards.
Demonstrate attention to detail and achieve high standards of quality and delivery at Trinity
Proofread and quality check PPT/Word/Excel documents (format, grammar, color specifications, alignment issues)
Ensure consistency and accuracy of individual charts and whole documents
Ensure consistency in terms of formatting across the deck, including color schemes and alignments
Adhere to stringent deadlines and quality standards throughout all phases of project delivery
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, respond constructively to feedback, become a thought partner, and collaborate across geographically diverse teams
Demonstrate self-management skills based on individual workload and an ability to accept coaching.
Provide a spirit of partnership for operational support to the solution team
Share perspectives and communicate in meetings with stakeholders, asking questions and clarifying details when needed. Respond to feedback and deliver results
Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, statistics, mathematics, data science, health sciences disciplines, or related fields
3-6 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar role
Proven experience with multi-source data analysis, including but not limited to survey, operational, financial, syndicate, and research datasets
Strong background in data visualization, including the translation of analytical findings into dashboards, charts, and graphical summaries using PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of Patient Support Services is preferred
Experience conducting research and synthesizing findings to inform client deliverables
Ability to examine research data independently and critically
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Preferred experience in Qualtrics, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate capabilities
Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI/Tableau preferred
Proficiency in producing custom market research studies/reports
Experience with graphical representation of data for reporting
Ability to apply statistical testing to data - confidence intervals, regression models, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities
Attention to detail, ability to produce quality outputs, and check one's own work for errors
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams, including teams based in India
Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$115,000.
