We're looking for a Senior Animator

The Senior Animator is the leader within the animation team, responsible for both high-level execution and project-wide quality control. They not only produce exemplary animation for the most complex scenes but also mentor junior talent and help define the technical and artistic standards for a project.

Job Requirements

• Lead Animation Quality & Style: Set the quality bar for animation on a project. Take ownership of key, technically challenging sequences and ensure stylistic consistency across all shots.
• Mentor and Guide: Provide direct mentorship, constructive feedback, and technical support to Animators and Junior Animators, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Workflow and Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the project's technical and creative leads to establish, document, and implement efficient animation workflows and best practices.
• Review and Approve Work: Conduct reviews of the animation team's output, providing clear, actionable feedback to ensure all work meets the required artistic and technical standards before it moves to the next stage.
• Problem-Solving: Act as the primary technical and creative troubleshooter for the animation team, finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mass Communication or any related field
• At least From 3- 5 years of experience in working in the same position in Marketing & Advertising Industry
• Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and Animators tools
• Strong Interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills
• Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities
• Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio and ability to do presentations
  
  
  

Working Conditions

• Work location: Maadi/Cairo
• Working Days/Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM
