Key Responsibilities
- Application & Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with business and technical teams.
- Perform daily system checks, monitor background jobs and queues, and ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct postgo-live performance and sanity checks to ensure system stability.
- Identify issues in RICEF objects and provide solutions in alignment with functional consultants.
- Support system integration testing prior to functional handover.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Business Interaction & Functional Support:
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand and resolve functional and operational issues.
- Assist in user training, product documentation, manuals, and change management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions and enhance system usability.
- Monitoring & Process Optimization:
- Ensure continuous monitoring of SAP environments to proactively detect bottlenecks.
- Recommend improvements to system performance, workflows, and technical processes.
- Maintain strong coordination with functional and development teams for technical fixes and improvements.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP ERP Case Management and SAP Records Management.
- Proficiency in SAP Business Workflows and Process Route Customizing.
- Solid experience in SAP authorization concepts and hands on live ABAP debugging.
- Proven experience in live support environments and end to end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP RE FX including contracts, architectural objects, parcel and land register modules.
- Good understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MM modules.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support issues and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Experience working with core business processes and modules.
Preferred Certifications
- Training or certifications in SAP, ERP systems, or related technologies.
- Soft skills certifications related to communication, teamwork, or customer service.
