Responsibilities

• Handling of the data gathering and collection phase in the implementations, and providing the consultancy part.
  
• Understand the project requirements, as well as, understand the user/customer requirements, the clinical requirements in particular.
  
• Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs.
  
• Preparation of detailed analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation, and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points.
• System build and configuration (code tables, screens, and reports) and participate in system testing process.
• Provide a professional training delivery based on the training departments adopted delivery standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, health informatics.
  
• 6+ years of experience in IT healthcare
  
• Extensive digital health solutions implementation.
  
• Clinical knowledge and experience.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

All employees must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia, with the following conditions:

• Valid and transferable IQAMA.
  
• Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and GCC countries.
